An experimental White blend of two unsung aromatic grapes. The cool-climate Elgin site offers a balance of freshness and length from the Roussanne, and keeps the barrel-fermented Viognier in check. A wonderful little dichotomy of a blend, where the mineral, zingy Roussanne is carefully matched and married with a more succulent, fuller Viognier component.
Drinking Style & Food Pairing:
- Korean Barbecue or ‘Galbi’, after a lot of experimentation, works miraculously well with traditional Kimchi!
- Dim-Sum would also be an option for food accompaniment
