Product, Prices & Purchasing:

• We will not sell alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. We follow the “Challenge 25” scheme.
• In placing an order, you confirming that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right to not sell/deliver if we are unsure of this.
• Placing an order on our website does not constitute a contract, this is made only when we accept your order and process payment.
• We reserve the right to not accept any order.
• All of our products are offered subject to availability (If an item in order subsequently becomes unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible)
• All prices are inclusive of VAT (United Kingdom)
• Promotional offers and prices are as stated and no further discounts available.
• Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order (excluding above clause relating to incorrect pricing).
• Voucher offers have no cash value, are not for sale, they also may have their own T&Cs and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Delivery:

• Delivery of our wine is Free to UK mainland addresses*, our delivery partners are Royal Mail and Parcel Force.
• Deliveries are expected within 2 working days* after any order made before 11:00 and within 3 working days for orders placed after 11.00. However during peak periods or periods of adverse weather conditions this may be extended (but hopefully not by too much).
• We will not be liable for any late delivery (but please do get in touch if this is the case and we will work with our delivery partners to resolve).

*Next day delivery or deliverieries outside of the United Kingdom, please contact us via email before making an order.

Returns, Issues & Complaints:

• In the very rare event that you receive a faulty product, please put the cork back in or cap back on and contact us via email. We will then help you determine whether your product is faulty or is showing a typical or temporary characteristics. We will work with you to arrange collection of the remaining wine and on receipt, refund you or send you a replacement.
• We use Air Shock Bottle Packs to delivery our products, in the unlikely event that damage has occurred during delivery please take a picture immediacy and contact us via email .
• Hopefully you don’t need to, but if you have any issues or complaint please contact us via email.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Data, Privacy & Cookies:

Data & Privacy:
• We do not, and will not, sell any of your personal data to any third party.
• We may use your order data, including your: name, billing address, delivery address, phone number and email address. The order data will be used for the purposes of delivering your wine orders to you or communicating directly with you on your order(s) or about us or products. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us.
• We may use your date of birth to confirm you are 18 or over and therefore legal to purchase alcohol. The legal basis for this usage is compliance with legal obligations, namely the Licensing Act 2003.
• All online transactions via this website are through Stripe who have their own Global Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
• We may use information that you post for publication on our website, app or social media. This internal social data is public, and may be used for interaction on the website, social media or marketing. This is exempt from our data retention rules, however may be deleted upon request. The legal basis for using internal social data is consent.
• Please note that CCTV is in operation in all our locations.
• We may use any of your personal data identified in this policy where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests, namely the protection and assertion of our legal rights, your legal rights and the legal rights of others.

• A cookie is a little text document, which sometimes includes an anonymous unique identifier, that are stored in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Cookie data may include the date and time of visits, your basket etc. on our Website.
• You can change the settings in your web browser to allow or deny different websites from setting cookies but remember that you can clear/delete cookies in your web browser.
