Made in the Rosseco style, with 8 months’ secondary fermentation on the lees to retain purity of fruit & palate freshness. This is a dry-land, unirrigated, 14 year-old bush vines on decomposed granite.
Only 6,800 bottles of Circa were produced by Christa Von La Chevallerie who is a one woman operation in the middle of the Paardeberg Mountain. Circa offers a playful elegant mousse, succulent like wild strawberries; both earthy & zingy like raspberries from a country hedgerow while maintaining a creamy-meringue finish.
