Elgin is an amazing cool-climate location which makes this wine a strong contender with other new world wine regions, in particular New Zealand.
Keep a bottle of this in the fridge of at all times for a most refreshing experience.

- Perfect with all types of fish, from sea bass to salmon. Especially when kept plain & simple, as opposed to the creamier sauces
- Lobsters, oysters, calamari are also strong contenders
- Alternatively try with lemon marinated chicken thighs cooked on the Braai (BBQ)
